Mrs. Minnie L. McKelvey
Funeral for Mrs. Minnie Lee McKelvey, 88, of Rt. 3 Moulton, who died Tuesday at Lawrence County Hospital will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Elliott Funeral Home chapel, Rev. Conrad Goodlett officiating, with burial in Montgomery Cemetery, Elliott Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Zola Wade of Florence and Mrs. Helen Brooks of Moulton; four sons, Herman McKelvey and Owen McKelvey, both of Moulton, Edward McKelvey of Guntersville, and Billy D. McKelvey of Hartselle; nine grandchildren, 20 great grandhildren and two great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Jackson and Mrs. Maggie Drane, both of Moulton; and a brother, William McCarty of Moulton.
Pallbears will be Bobby Wade, Joe McKelvey, Fletcher McKelvey, John McKelvey, Wayne Landers, Monty Morgan, Edward D. McKelvey and Ricky McKelvey.
Mrs. McKelvey was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
