Fon (Fahn) Wells Bennett, 81, died December 30, 1998 at the home of her daughter in Bountiful.


Born December 29, 1917 in Preston, Idaho to Alfred Ephriam and Bessie Taylor Wells.


Married George Moore Bennett on May 14, 1936 in the Logan LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church. Her pastime, hobby and love was her family. Shewas loved by all who knew her.


Survived by her two sons, Keith (Virginia), and Ray (Pamela); and four daughters, Euanna (Kenneth) Nuttall, Georgia (Steve) Longmore, LuDawn Thomas, and Jeanine (Jack) Moore; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; sisters, Sybil (Les) Baker, and Ivie (Ed) Valcarce; and a brother Raymond (Jean) Wells. Preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband George, three brothers, and wo sisters.


Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 1999 at 2 p.m. in the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary Chapel, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South). Friends and family may call on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple Street, and on Saturday one hour prior at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary.
