Eula or "Irene" as she was known, the daughter of Isaac Wilburn Baggerly and Cora Gibbs. She was married and divorced from Herman Frank Kluge with whom she had 10 children. She was my grandmother on my father's side.

Services for Mrs. Irene Painter of 2305 South Grand Avenue East will be at 11 am Saturday at Staab Funeral Home Reverend Donald J. Finley will officiate and burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Mrs. Painter, 60, collapsed and died about 12:25 pm Tuesday at the home of a neighbor, Eleanor Auerback of 2301 South Grand Avenue East.
Coroner W. C. Telford said that her death was apparently due to natural causes and an inquiry will be held.
A partner with her husband Edward (Bud) Painter of the South End Club at 1901 S. Renfro Street. Mrs. Painter was born in Williamsville the daughter of Isaac and Cora Gibbs Baggerly and had resided in Springfield most of her life. She was married to Edward (Bud) Painter March 4, 1947.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Stroisch and Mrs. Nancy Mitchell, both of Springfield; six sons, Harold, Glenn and Thomas all of Springfield, Donald Kluge of Ocean Park, California; Gerald of El Paso, Texas and David of Independence, Missouri; two step sons, Thomas Painter of Springfield and Gerald Painter of Canada; two step daughters Mrs. Nancy Broch of Springfield and Mrs. Joan Demeron of Mount Pulaski; five sisters, Mrs. Isabell Neeley, Mrs. Dorothy Cain, Mrs. Betty Dodd and Miss Barbara Baggerly all of Springfield, and Mrs. Loa Gantt of Riverton; one brother, Elmer Baggerly of Springfield and 29 grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
