Emma Womach Funeral Rites Will Be Today
Mrs. Emma Womach, Adams county resident since 1904, died Monday at the Sacred Heart hospital in Spokane. She was 81 years of age.
Mrs. Womach had been ill at the hospital for two weeks.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock at the chapel of the Danekas Funeral Home. The Rev. William Mayoh, minister of the Christian church at Cheney, will conduct the service.
Mrs. Womach was born Emma Anderson on Aug. 10, 1881, near Springfield, Ill. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Olaf Anderson. She attended the
county schools of Lincoln county, Illinois.
She was married in March of 1904 to I. Newton Womach who preceded her in death.
Two daughters, Mrs. Irene Samuel of Spokane and Miss Mildred Womach of Ritzville survive the mother. There are also seven nephews and six nieces surviving.
Mrs. Womach was a housewife. She was a member of the Christian church.
Burial will be in the Ritzville Memorial cemetery. Pallbearers will be W. Walters Miller, Russell Telecky, Harry Clodius, C. W. Eckhardt, Francis Hall and George Freese. Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Telecky, Elmo Irwin and Lyman Haight.
