EVANS, 1843-1913, a veteran of the Confederates States of America during the American Civil War, serving as a private in the 16th Georgia Infantry, Company G. Prior to her marriage, she resided in the home of her brother, Jesse Clayton OTWELL after the death of her parents.
Rev. Thomas H. Evans, 1843-1913, is also buried Hurricane United Methodist Church Cemetery, near Hightower, Cleburn County, Alabama, USA, Find-A-Grave Memorial # .
To their marriage, seven children are known.
