Annie was a graduate of Dunbar High School, Class of 1952. She later received her license as an LVN (nurse) and was employed by Parkwood Place Nursing Center at the time of her demise.
Survivors: children, Charles Holman, Larry Holman, Paula Martin and Tiffany Grant-Horace; grandchildren, Tamicka Holman, Kendric Holman, Larry Holman Jr., NaTisha Loche, Tiffany Grant-Horace, Joi Givens; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Lois Freeney; special sister/cousin and best friend, Nannie Mae Culpepper; a wealth of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. David G. Horace, Sr., officiating. Rev. M.E. Lyons II is the pastor. Interment in the Davis Memorial Gardens.
