Born Feb. 15, 1893, in Bath County, Mr. Rusmisel was a son of the late Albert Harrison and Mary Catherine Malcolm Rusmisel. He was a member of the Calvary Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Georgie Jackson Rusmisel; fours sons, David W. Rusmisel, Waynesboro, James H. Rusmisel and William H. Rusmisel, both of Stuarts Draft, and Lewis G. Rusmisel, Staunton; two daughters, Mrs. Austin (Leona) Baber and Mrs. Clarence (Catherine) Fitzgerald, both of Waynesboro; three brothers, Berlin Rusmisel, Claysville, Pa., Roy Rusmisel, Clifton Forge, Dewey Rusmisel, Roanoke; two sisters, Mrs. Marion (Emma) Wooddell, Burnsville, Va., and Mrs. Arthur (Janie) Gibson, Richmond; twelve grandchildren; a stepmother, Mrs. Virginia Griffith, Millboro; four half-brothers, and one half-sister.
Body will remain at the Etter Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday in the Chapel of the Etter Funeral Home by the Rev. Frank L. Baker. Interment will be in the Calvary Methodist Church cemetery.
