Ivy Mae was born August 25, 1923 in the Town of New Holstein, daughter of the late Robert & Lizzie (Hass) Greve.
She was a 1941 graduate of New Holstein High School.
On December 30, 1944 she married Elmer Paulsen at St. John Evangelical & Reformed Church, New Holstein.
Elmer preceded her in death on December 19, 1993.
Ivy Mae was devoted and caring to her entire family. She cherished her best friends, her toy poodles, Sassy & Mitzie who she found great joy and comfort with.
She was a lifelong member of St. John UCC, New Holstein and was an avid bowler for many years.
Survivors include a special niece, Sandra (Tom) Lechler, as well as many more nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer, parents, Robert & Lizzie Greve and one brother, Gerald Greve.
Funeral services for Ivy Mae will be held at 4:00pm on Tuesday April 5, 2016 at St. John United Church of Christ, 2111 Church St., New Holstein with Rev. James Werner officiating.
Burial will take place in the New Holstein City Cemetery.
Family and friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 2:00pm until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name for St. John UCC.

They are especially grateful to all the friends and acquaintances who spent time with Ivy Mae or sat with her at Field of Dreams. They are also very grateful to Sharon S. Richardson Hospice for making her comfortable in her last days.
