Leo F. Rochner, 80, died Thursday [June 6, 1985] at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon. He was a retired employee of Hoosier Panel Co. Survivors include his wife, the former Loretta Miller; four sons, Jay Rochner of New Albany, Robert, Ivan & James Rochner; two stepsons, Robert Burns of New Salisbury and Arthur Burns; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Ann Harbeson of Georgetown, Mrs. Joyce Mehling of New Albany and Mrs. Helen Byrne of Florida; 22 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown will be after 6 p.m. Friday.

Visitation at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown will be after 6 p.m. today. The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with burial in German Reform Cemetery at Crandall.

He was a member of the Catholic Church. He was born at Lanesville December 21, 1905, the son of the late August & Mary Reising Rochner. Survivors include his wife, the former Loretta Miller; four sons: Jay Rochner of New Albany, Robert, Ivan & James Rochner, all of Lanesville; two stepsons: Arthur Burns of New Salisbury and Robert Burns of Lanesville; three daughters: Mrs. Mary Ann Harbeson of Georgetown, Mrs. Joyce Mehling of New Albany, and Mrs. Helen Byrne of Tampa, FL; 22 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The funeral was held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home. The Rev. Joe Scroggins was officiant. Burial was in German Reformed Cemetery near Crandall.
