AN ESTEEMED RESIDENT CALLED TO HER REWARD
Malinda Pasmore was born in Oxford County, Ontario., Nov. 19, 1851, and departed this life Monday at 7:30 a.m., Feb. 22, 1932, at the age of 80 years, 3 months and 3 days, death being caused by cerebral hemorrhage.
She was married to Enoch Davis in 1872, who preceded her in death four years ago.
She was a devoted wife and a kind and loving mother.
To this union were born three sons, Frank, Bert, and Willis Davis.
Another left to mourn her loss are one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Willis Davis; two grandchildren, Rev. Glenn Davis of Sargeant, Minn., and LaVern at home; one granddaughter-in-law, Mrs. Glenn Davis; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Martha Ennis, of Battleford, Sask.; three brothers, George of Winnipeg, Manitoba, James, North Bay, Ontario., and John of Drumbo, Ontario; also a number of relatives and friends
She was a member of the West Grout Methodist church for many years.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1932, from the home of her son, Willis Davis, Sage township, and M. E. church, Gladwin, Rev. Whitney, and Rev. Hood officiating.
