Jacob Graba, a well known resident of the town of Orton, whose home was near Nimrod, passed away at Park Rapids last Friday as the result of a stroke of apoplexy. Mr. Graba suffered a stroke of apoplexy about three months ago and since that time he has been in a serious condition. Last week he started out to visit his son at Park Rapids and had intended going on to Lake George to visit his daughter, Mrs. Dow. He was again stricken at Park Rapids and died at the home of his son. The funeral was held in Park Rapids, Saturday, and interment was made there. Mr. Graba was perhaps about fifty years of age. He was prominent in his neighborhood and had a host of friends all over the county who will learn of his death with profound regret. He leaves a wife and several chidren.
