Funeral services for Zelma Alivia Alexander, 64, were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 24 at the First Baptist Church in Apache with the Rev. Andy Kamphuis, pastor of the Apache Reformed Church officiating.
Mrs. Alexander died suddenly at her home in El Reno on June 22. She was born in the Broxton community on February 5, 1917 and was married to Calvin Ed Alexander at Chickasha on November 28, 1934. They farmed in the Broxton area until they retired and moved to El Reno in 1974. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Christian Church at Broxton.
Survivors include her husband, Calvin of the home; three sons, Cleon Calvin Alexander of El Reno, Ok., Carrol Ray Alexander of Anna, Texas, and Billie Gene Alexander of Oklahoma City, Ok.; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Verna LaRee Good of Porterville, Calif., and Betty Joyce John of Helena.
Burial was in Fairview Cemetery with Crews Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers were Truman Sechrist, Ron Weber, Gayle Beavers, Randel Sechrist, Kenneth Holland and Dean Hatfield.
