Funeral services for Cleon Calvin Alexander were held Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2017, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Donald Hefta officiating. Interment followed in the Red Rock Cemetery in Calumet. Services were under direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Mr. Alexander died Oct. 6, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born March 7, 1939, in Broxton. Cleon worked as a dispatch supervisor retired from OG&E.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Old Iron Tractor Club and was very involved in FFA and 4-H.

On Oct. 7, 1977, he married Linda Whitley in Dallas, Texas. Linda preceded him in death.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Ed Alexander and Zelma (Massey), and a brother, Billie Alexander.

Cleon is survived by his children, Cheryl Cosper and husband, Roger of Coalgate, Susan Schwarz and husband, Kelly of Yukon, Bradley Bomhoff and wife, Anna of Bethany, Krista Bomhoff of Weatherford and Kylee Hufnagel and husband, Brian of Okarche; brother, Carrol Ray Alexander and wife, Teena of Fairview, Texas; sister-in-law, Judy Alexander; grandchildren, Shandi Collins, Preston Cosper, Kelsey Markovich, Katelyn Schwarz, Morgan Bomhoff, Jon Moncada, Teague Moncada, Gage Bomhoff, Whitley Smith, Sadee Smith, Bella Hufnagel, Bennett Hufnagel and Bowen Hufnagel; and two great-grandchildren.
