OBIT: Carroll Almony, 80, of White Hall died on Saturday, July 10, in Bel Air Convalescent Home, where he had resided for two years. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Clara Miller Almony, and a son of the late Frank and Lillian Almony. Mr. Almony retired in 1961 after working many years as a boiler operator at the Federal Paper Board company. He was a life-long resident of White Hall. Mr. Almony is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Baublitz of Railroad, Mrs. Louella Louis of Fork, Mrs. Mary Miller of White Hall and Mrs. Nancy Rainey of York; two sons, Stanley Almony of Sweet Air and Howard Almony of White Hall. Thirty-three grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, July 13, at 10:30am from the J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary in New Freedom, with Rev. Robert L. Hurley, pastor of Epworth United Methodist Church, Cockeysville, offficiating. Interment was in Ayres Chapel Cemetery. Aegis
