The viewing will be Friday, July 24th at 6:00 p.m. and funeral services will be Saturday, July 25th at 10:00 a.m., both held at Oil City United Pentecostal Church, Hwy 1, Oil City, LA.
Milton was born October 26, 1940 in Vivian, LA. He was preceded in death by his father, L.G. Rhoads. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ella Phillips Rhoads; mother, Helen Rhoads; children, Milton A. Rhoads, Jr. (Buster) & Debbie Rhoads, Phillip & Sandra Rhoads, Angie & Charles Watson, & Kent & Joan Rhoads; seventeen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two brothers, & two sisters.
