Mr. Hollis Gerome Barwick, 62, of Route 1, The Rock, died Wednesday, March 4 (1992) at Henry General Hospital.
Mr. Barwick was a native of Treutlen County and had lived in Pike for a year, coming here from Fulton County. He was a retired truck driver for Howard Johnson Motels.
Survivors include his wife, Wynell Barwick of The Rock; three daughters, Barbara A. Harrison of McDonough, Beverly Hurley of Thomaston, and Joyce Lee
of Riverdale; a sister, Bernice Coleman of Dublin; a brother, Tullie Burwick of Soperton; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Barwick were conducted Saturday, March 7, at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Moody Funeral Home. The Rev. Ronnie Powell officiated, and interment followed in Moody Memorial Gardens.
