Mrs. Clara Abbott, formerly of Gardners, died Thursday morning at her home at Tipton, Iowa, at the age of 8O years.
Mrs. Abbott was born in Adams County and resided there t out continuously until eight years ago when she went to Tipton, to Iive. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Tipton. Her husband, William Abbott, died in 1923.
She is survived by two brothers and two sisters, Miss Alice Bender, York; Charles W. Cline, Munaka, Minn.; Howard A. Cline, Carlisle, and Mrs. Charles Deardorf, New Oxford.
Services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon from the Routsong-Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville.
