OLLA (Special) — Funeral services for Jim Anderson, 65, of Olla, were at 2:30 p.m. today at Standard Baptist Church in Olla with the Revs. Dale Windham, Jessie Garrison and Joan Meek officiating.

Burial was in Olla Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Sons Funeral Home of Olla.

Mr. Anderson, a well known businessman in LaSalle Parish with interests in insurance and used cars, died Tuesday morning at his home after a long illness.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Oriene Anderson, Olla; one daughter, Mrs. Jo Ann Wallace, Columbia; one brother, Virgil Anderson, Grayson; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Barton, Olla, and Mrs. Mabel Evans, Winnsboro; and two grandsons.

Pallbearers include Huey Baum, Aubry Ford, Lonzoe Taylor, Floyd Hodges, Ervin Thomas and Sidney Cader.
