Mrs Alice Latherow
Huntingdon relatives have received word of the death of Mrs Alice (Bard) Latherow of Wilmerding on Tuesday, May 2, 1950. A native of Huntingdon County, Mrs. Latherow was born at Otelia, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Bard, both deceased. She is survived by her husband, John Latherow; two daughters, Mrs. C.A. Nelson of Wilmerding and Mrs. George Westwood of St. Louis, Mo.; and a sister, Miss Margaret Bard, who has been making her home with the Latherows. The deceased was a sister of the late Mrs. J.O. Kenyon of Huntingdon. Short services will be held at the home on Friday evening. The funeral service will be at 2 o'clock on Saturday afternoon at Clark's funeral home in Mount Union. Interment will be made in the Mount Union I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
