THE PARKERSBURG SENTINEL
27 Jun 1930
1st Wife - Charity Edgar
2nd Wife - Sarah E Michael (Michall)
Per Kelly who made a trip to see if she could locate his memorial -
No headstone was found for LOCKHART, Monroe Luther. There are dozens of unmarked or lost stone graves. His wife's stone, Charity, was found laying up against a tree along with their daughters stone (LOCKHART, Melissa Jane) This cemetery is no longer in use and poorly maintained.
This breaks my heart! When we were there in the years 1993-2002, this cemetery was being maintained with some high grass.
