MRS. MARY PIATT
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Piatt, who resided with her son, Lloyd Lockhart, of Annesley Rd., died Sunday at 8 p.m. at City Hospital, after a week's illness. She was 78.
She was born in Elizabeth, W.Va., Sept. 11, 1881, and lived in this vicinity since 1924. She formerly resided in Monroe County.
She also leaves seven brothers, John Lockhart of Carrollton, Frank Lockhart, Sam Lockhart and Edward Lockhart, all of East Liverpool, Albert Lockhart of Clarksburg, W.Va., Theodore Lockhart of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Gilbert Lockhart of Houston, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Petty of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Mrs. Elsie Saunders of Louiseville, OH and three grandchildrren and eight great-granchildren. Her husband, Adam Piatt, died in 1926.
Services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the East Liverpool Arner Home for Funerals by the Rev. William A. Hewitt of the Wellsville Central Methodist Church. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home tonight and Tuesday.

As you enter the cemetery, take the first right up over the hill. The marker is on the right hill going down towards the cemetery office close to the lone standing pine tree.
