Granville Lockhart

Granville Lockhart, 84, died Wednesday morning at his home, 821 Hugh Street. He was born May 18, 1866, in Wirt county and was married to Sarah June Tuell, who preceded him in death. He was a lifelong member of the Baptist Church.

Surviving are 12 children, Francis Lockhart of Rowlsburg, Henry Lockhart of Cambridge, O., Fred Lockhart of Castile, N.Y., Dewey and Joe Lockhart, both of Mingo Junction, O., Mrs. Bertha Enoch, Mrs. Rose Stilgenbauer, Mrs. Susan Stanley and Mrs. Ethel Virden , all of Parkersburg, Mrs. Dolly Parsons, Mrs. Cathryn Norris and Mrs. Lilly Hawkins, all of Akron, O., and two sisters, Mrs. Susan Davis of Cleveland, O., and Mrs. Fannie Deloe of Parkersburg.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Franklin funeral home. The Rev. Harold A. Huffman will officiate and burial will be in the Foley cemetery. The body will remain at the funeral home.
