Davison; four daughters, Ada Davison Wilson, Valma Davison Adams, Mary Alice Davison Hall, and Pearl Davison Peters; her 19 grandchildren; five brothers, Stephen M. Oates, Ephraim E. Oates, Charles S. Oates, William H. Oates, and John C. "Cab" Oates; and seven sisters, Elizabeth Oates Griner, Jane Oates Walding, Margaret Oates Gibson, Sarah Oates Gray, Sinia Oates Peavy, Alabama Carl Oates Kirkland, and Mae Hettie Oates Adams.
