Wm. Draper Found Dead This Morning
Funeral Services Thursday Afternoon
William Draper, 76, was found dead early this morning at his home, 828 North Eleventh street. Death was attributed to a heart attack. His body was found by a sister, Mrs. Mary Laisure, who lives in the adjacent house.
He was born in Auglaise County, O., Sept 8, 1873, a son of Jeremiah and Mary Haggard-Draper. Hie wife, Effie, died March 24, 1921.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Florence Bleeke of Root township, and Mrs. Stella Wood of Washington, D.C.; five grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Laisure and Mrs. Lucy Small of Milwaukee, Wis. Two daughters are deceased.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Zwick funeral home, Dr. Geral H. Jones officiating.
Burial will be in the Decatur cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
