CHARLESTON, Wasatch County— William Heber Winlerton. 88. died in a Heber hospital Saturday, 11 a.m., natural causes.

Born Oct. 4, 1874, Charleston, to William and Ellen Widdison Winterton. Married Agnes Webster February 15, 1899, Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She died Jan. 2, 1943. Married Lucy Jacob Baird Feb. 24, 1947. Director and president, Charleston Irrigation Co. 40 years.

Survivors: widow; sons, daughters, Heber, Bountiful; Mrs. Lorin (Linda) Wright, Provo; Mrs. Roe (Pansy) Carlile, Heber; Stafford, Grant, Charleston; Mrs, Melvin (Veon) Paterson, Salt Lake City; stepson, Joseph Reed Jacob, Charleston: 30 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, Hvrum S. Salt Lake City; Mrs. George (Melissa) Thompson, Magrath, Canada; Mrs. Alex (Carrie) Davis VaLeo, Charleston.

Wednesday, 1 p.m.. Charleston LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Olpin Mortuary, Heber, Tuesday. 7-9 p.m., Wednesday prior to services. Burial, Charleston cemetery.
