Opened a door at the house of Brother I. Stephens and received by experience, Sister Fannie Johnson, wife (of) L. R. Johnson.

"The LaFayette Sun" - March 24, 1926:

Mrs. L. R. Johnson Dies in Augusta, Ga.

Mrs. Fannie Johnson, formerly of Stroud and Langdale, but of recent years a resident of Augusta, died at the home of her grandson, Johnson McClendon, of that place last Saturday evening, March 20th.
She was a widow of the late L. R. Johnson, who died a few years ago near Stroud. After the death of her husband, she moved to Langdale and thence to Augusta, Ga.
She outlived her children and only her grandchildren and other relatives survive her. She was a member of the Mount Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church, where her body was interred on Monday of this week, Elders Satterwhite and Harmon officiating.
