Frank H. Brown, 50, former resident of Lovell, Wyoming died at a Salt Lake City, Utah hospital on March 29, 1970, cause of death was pneumonia.

Frank operated the Scott Bakery in Lovell for 25 years, he was the Mayor of Lovell for two terms, Commissioner for Big Horn County for two terms, and member of the Executive Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He was also Bishop of the Lovell Ward for the L.D.S. Church for 15 years, President of the Big Horn Stake for five years, President of the East Central States Mission for the L.D.S. Church for 7 years, and has lived in Salt Lake City, Utah for the past seven years as director of several committees for the head offices for the Church in Salt Lake City.

In December of 1926, he married Delilah Hatch at Salt Lake City, Utah.

Survivors include his wife, one son, J. Frank of Fairbanks, Alaska, two daughters, ThoraBelle (Ron) Willis of Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Suzanne (Louis) Anderson of Grisson, Indiana, two sisters, Mrs. Belle Johnson of Evanston, Wyoming and Mrs. Bessie Ramsey of California.

Funeral services will be in Lovell, Wyoming Friday at 10:00 a.m. and interment will be in the Lovell Cemetery.
