Edna Baker Hendricks, 77, of Carolina House, and previously of 48 Pine Ridge Drive, Greenville SC 29605, died Wednesday, July 10, 2002.

Born in Chaffee, Mo., she was a daughter of the late Jake and Effie Grace Baker, was a member of Lowcountry Presbyterian Church, and was a homemaker.

Survivors: Four daughters, Joyce Fairchild and her husband Lincoln, of Arlington, Va., Pat Turner and her husband Joel, of Richmond, Va., Nancy Davis of Greenville, and Rebecca Hale and her husband James, of Bluffton; a sister, Mary Rose Walsh, of Fenton, Mo.; a brother, Ralph Baker, of Palm Beach, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Lowcountry Presbyterian Church, 10 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, SC 29910.

Memorial service: Saturday, July 13, 2002, at 1 p.m., at Lowcountry Presbyterian Church in Bluffton, S.C.
