Mrs. Wilma Jean Wells White
Mrs. Wilma Wells White, 61, of Starkville, died Saturday June 03, 1989 at her residence. Mrs. White was a retired bookkeeper with Bingham's Jewelry in Starkville, a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a native of Memphis, Tennessee.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas White of Starkville; one son, Thomas Bernard White of Fort Polk, LA; one daughter Shelia Criddle of Starkville; her mother Mrs. Irene Wells of Starkville; two sisters, Martha Sebran of Jackson and Sarah Carlage of Louisville; two brothers, W. R. Wells Jr. and Bobby L. Wells, both of Starkville; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Monday, June 5, 1989 at Welch Chapel in Starkville. Rev. Pete Hegewood and Dr. David Claxton officiated. Interment was in Enon Cemetery. Welch Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
