Inducted in Columbia, SC in 1946. He was sent to San Antonio, TX and then to Denver, CO for Tech School. Tucson, AZ was next and then into SAC. He served in Okinawa, Korea and Alaska.

WOLFE, William W., of Brandon, FL, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Sallie; daughters, Debi (David) Grow, Lake City, FL and Diana Storey, Brandon; brothers, Jap Wolfe, Statesboro, GA, Charles Wolfe, Camilla, GA and Warren Wolfe, Marietta, GA; sisters, Dean Mowery, Raleigh, NC, Joe Moreland, Richmond, VA and Boots Strange, Portsmouth, VA and four grandchildren, Emmie and Hunter Grow, Bryant and Dylan Storey.

Funeral Information:
Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 20, 2009, at Southern Funeral Care, 10510 Riverview Drive, Riverview, FL, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
