Survivors include his wife of 54 years, the former Carole Ann Krause; three sons, Chris, John Patrick and Dr. Robert Mattingly; two sisters, Lura and Myrna; two brothers, Joe and Larry; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Memorial service and celebration of life: Tuesday, June 23, 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Church in Corydon. Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon is handling arrangements.
