Corydon, Indiana - Myrna Lee Mattingly Fravel, 81, went home to be with the Lord November 2, 2021. Myrna was born April 4, 1940, in Corydon, Indiana to Herbert and Anna Hunter Mattingly. She was married to Ronald L. Fravel June 26, 1961, in Georgetown, Indiana.
She was the owner and operator of the Mattingly Icehouse for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and brother, Dr. John Mattingly.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Fravel Jr. (Dona) of Corydon; her brothers, Larry Mattingly of Laconia, Joseph Mattingly (Dorothy) of Corydon; sister, Lura Mattingly of Corydon; three grandchildren, Zack Fravel (Sarah), Jessica LaHue (Bruce) Andria Porter (Justin); and six great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home and will be private.
