Clell A Fry of rural Centerville, Iowa passed away Sat., at 5:30 p.m. at his home following several months illness. He was 67 years, 5 months, and 11 days old. Born on a farm where his present home is on Dec. 24, 1897 he was the son of Alfred and Ida McCoy Fry. He was married to Glays Traxler on march 6, 1918 at Exline, Iowa. She survives his passing along with a son, Lowell Fry of Inglewood, Calif., a daughter-in-law, Doris and two grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Grace Bauman and Mrs. Alma White, also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Wayne, a daughter, Rosalee and a brother Glenn Fry. Mr. Fry was a member of the Methodist church and was always active in church and community affairs as long as his health permitted. Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 8, at 3:00 p.m. from the Johnson Funeral Home with with Rev. George A Sheils officiating and burial in the Exline cemetery.
