She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church. She is survived by five sons, Bernard W., Eugent T., and C. Jim Lavin, all of Topeka; John R. Lavin, Richland; and Alex E. Lavin, Eureka, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs Anna Deskin, Cincinnaati, Ohio and Mrs. Margaret Fergel, Topeka; two sisters Mrs Mary Jane Lavin and Mrs Winifred Bidinger, both of Stull; and two brothers, William J. Murphy, Stull and James Murphy, Rossville. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday at the Big Springs Catholic church. Burial in Big Springs Catholic cemetery. Wall-Diffenderfer Mortuary in charge of arrangements."
