Ester married John Ficklin Young, who preceded her in death. Survivors include three sons: William, Houston, TX; Richard, Clinton; Robert, Independence, MO; one daughter, Mrs. Leland (Helen) Kirchhoff, Blackburn, MO. She was preceded in death also by three sisters and four brothers.
