Jeanette M. Keefer, 98, of Cedar Haven Nursing Home, died Friday, May 29, 2009, in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Donald D. Keefer. Born in Lebanon on March 17, 1911, she was the daughter of the late Francis A. and Amanda Beamesderfer Allwein. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and was a graduate of Lebanon High School. Surviving are 3 children: Robert A. Keefer of Lebanon, Joan E. O'Hara of Lebanon and Joel D., husband of Jolene Keefer of Coopersburg, Pa.; seven grandchildren, Patti, Elaine, Michael, Timothy, Amy, Adam and Jason; five greatgrandchildren, and many nieces & nephews. She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by eleven brothers and two sisters. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10:00 from St. Mary's Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Viewing hours Wednesday morning 9-10 at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary's Church, 2 N. 8th St., Lebanon, Pa. 17046.
