LEBANON - Catherine E. Cincel, 84, of 745 Church St. died yesterday at home. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and its Parish Council, and Lebanon Flower Club and Lebanon Senior Center. She was a former board member of Mental Health Association of Lebanon County. Surviving are her husband, Frank L. Cincel; two daughters, Mary Jo Steiner of Greencastle, and Catherine F., at home; three brothers, Thomas, Bernard and Frederick Allwein, and two sisters, Josephine Bunch and Jeanette Keefer, all of Lebanon; three grandchildren, a great-grandchild; and several nephews and nieces. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Monday in her church. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday in the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the church, 12 N. Eighth St., Lebanon 17042.
