Mrs. Dotson was born in Coble, TN to the late Noah and Mattie Elizabeth Carson Chessor. She was a retired Genesco employee and a member of the Centerville Church of Christ. She was the widow of the late George R. Dotson. She is survived by her Son, Roger (Susan) Dotson; grandson, Matthew (Cecily "Sissy") Dotson; and sister, Katie Bates, all of Centerville.
