Mary Jane "Mollie" Hoagland aka Hogland, born (we believe) to Jacob W. & Mary Hoagland in January 1847.
Mollie married first a Benjamin W. Ridgway (1841-1872) in 1867 in Indiana; They had 2 children:
(1) Owen Jackson Ridgway (1868-1935) &
(2) James Tillman Ridgway (1872-1945).
After her 1st husband, James Ridgway died in 1872, she married at the age of 27 on 1 March 1874 a Samuel McClure LILLIE (1837-1907)in Sullivan County, Indiana. Mollie & Samuel Lillie had 3 children:
(1) John Wiley Lillie (1874-1957);
(2) Charles Grant Lillie (1879-1956); and
(3) Jacob Samuel Lillie (1888-1985).
Mary Jane "Mollie" Lillie died from cancer at the age of 58 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana.
