Obituary, Butler Eagle, February 13, 1936:

Mrs. Ruth Hillard, aged 47, died this morning at her home in Woodville, Allegheny county. The body was brought to the Thompson Funeral Home, McKean street at North, and funeral arrangements have not been completed.
Mrs. Hillard is survived by a son, Charles, and a daughter, Ruth, both of Grove City; two brothers, Frank Watt of Butler R.D. 7 and Paul Watt of Butler.

Hilliard Funeral
Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Hilliard, aged 47, who died at her home in Woodville, yesterday, will be held from the Thompson Funeral home, East North street at McKean street, at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Burial will be in the Bear Creek cemetery.
The body has been removed to the Thompson Funeral home where it may be viewed by friends.
