Hugh Jones Dies in Washington State
Word has been received in Wolcott of the death of Hugh Luther Jones Wednesday, Nov 5, at his home, Snohomish, Wash. He was born in Wolcott March 1, 1866, and was one of the first graduates of Leavenworth Institute. he is survived by his wife, Eva Jones; two daughters, Mrs. Jeanie Attman, who resides on a farm on Machias Highway, and Mrs. Lura Klemmetsen of Seattle; one sister, Mrs. Carrie Bailey of Machias; three brothers, Gilbert Jones of Machias, Llewellyn Jones of Wolcott and S. Byrd Jones of Phoenix, Ariz., besides nephews and nieces.
