JOHN FRANK BILLINGS, 81, of Memphis, retired machine operator for Kimberly-Clark, died of lung disease Wednesday at Select Specialty Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memorial Park. He was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a World War II Army veteran. Mr. Billings, the husband of Virginia Hill Billings for 62 years, also leaves a son, Frank H. Billings of Pickwick Dam, Tenn.; a sister, Mabel Mullins of Memphis, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
