JAMES O. 'OROS' BILLINGS, of Elm Grove, Wis., formerly of Memphis, former owner of Bilco Trailer Co., died Tuesday at Waukesha (Wis.) Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 7 p.m. today at Becker Ritter Elmbrook Funeral Home in Brookfield, Wis. Mr. Billings, the husband of Judy Derozier Billings, also leaves a daughter, Cindy Billings, and a stepson, Ross Derozier; his parents, Frank and Virginia Billings of Memphis, and a brother, Frank Billings.
