Services for Annie Pearl Miller, 87, of Crosbyton will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005, at the Crosbyton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Les Griffin officiating. Burial will be in the Crosbyton Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
Annie Pearl passed away Tuesday, April 12, at the Crosbyton Hospital.
She was born Aug. 31, 1917 in Graham to John Alexander and Rozzie Lee (Pardue) Steadham. She moved to the Leatherwood Community in 1921 and on July 22, 1932, she married Leslie Elbert Miller in Clovis, N.M. He preceded her in death May 22, 1991. She was a member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Annie Pearl is also preceded in death by a grandson, Doug Self and a great-grandson, Jerry Self.
Survivors include three sons, Frank Miller and wife Ann of Rockport, Leslie "Butch" Miller of Palm Springs, Calif., Randall Miller and wife Debbie of Crosbyton; two daughters, Barbara Fowler of Arlington, and Jenalou Husucker of Austin; a brother, J.B. Steadham of Roy, Wash.; two sisters, Jewel Leatherwood of Crosbyton, and Beatrice Cotner of Garland; eight grandchildren, Brandie Shock, Mike Self, Brett Hunsucker, Kristi Jantz, Jena Johnson, Julie Lynch, Alvin Miller and Leslie Miller; and 16 great-grandchildren.
