Elsie Regina McGarrah was the precious daughter of William McGarrah and Otie McGarrah.

She had two brothers ~ Harold McGarrah and Paul McGarrah, and four sisters ~ Evelyn Freda McGarrah (Inlow), Bonnie Jean McGarrah (Rone), Barbara McGarrah (Sturm), Yvonne McGarrah (Brandon) and Wanda McGarrah (Brannon).

Elsie Regina was the beloved wife of William "Hack" Insco. Elsie and Hack were united in marriage August 12, 1941.

They were blessed with two sons ~ Kenny and Keith Insco.

They lived on their farm just west of Healing Springs, Arkansas all their married life.
