Mrs. Anna Hoffman, 85, formerly of Arendtsville but for the last 30 years a resident of Bedford, Pa., died suddenly at her lome there on Sunday.

She was the widow of Willis Hoffman who died October 13, 1920

Mrs. Hoffman was a native of Adams County and a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Oyler.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bedrord, the Lutheran Church Women and Trinity Class of the Sunday School. She belonged to the Ever Ready Circle of the church and to the Eastern Star in Bedford.

Surviving are two sons, Robert C., Hanover, and Dr. Roy D. Hoffman, Bedford. There are two grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Ida K. Hoffman, Pittsburgh; George C. Oyler, McKnightstown; Mrs. Estella Boerum, Melrose, Mass.; William L. Oyler, Arendtsville; Mrs. Fred I. Barnes, Palm Beach, and Mrs. Earl Miller, Carlisle.

Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock at the Roland S. Keller Funeral Home in Bedford with her pastor, the Rev. Richard L. Tome, officiating.

Interment in Fairview Cemetery at Arendtsville with graveside services about 3 p.m.

The Eastern Star will hold a service at the funeral home Tuesday evening at 7:30 o'clock Friends may call there Tuesday from 2 to 4'and 7 to 9 p.m.
