Services for Daree Kilpatrick will be held today at 10 a.m. at Duffee Baptist Church with the Revs. Mike Ragland and Jack Kern officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Milling Funeral Home of Union in charge of arrangements. Ms. Kilpatrick, 84, of Little Rock, died Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at her residence. She enjoyed quilting and gardening. Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Williamson and her husband Joe, and Patsy McMullan and her husband Paul, all of Little Rock; two sons, Tom Kilpatrick, and Ricky Kilpatrick and his wife Emelia, all of Chattanooga, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; five sisters, Bearnice Huddleston, Inez Robinson, Audrey Strange, Lyndol Ivey, and Martha Moore; and one brother, Bill Alexander. She was preceded in death by two children, Clayborne Kilpatrick and Ted Kilpatrick; her husband, Odie Kilpatrick; one granddaughter, Daree Kilpatrick; her parents; one brother; and one sister. Pallbearers will be Tim Ivey, Murry Ivey, John Johnson, Butch Strange, Matt Hitt, and BoBo Sheehan.
