Eugene Morrison, 80 years old, a life-long resident of Bully Hill, died Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of his niece, Mrs. Roy Heckathorn, following an illness of 7 months.
Mr. Morrison was born in McKean County, June 13, 1852 but when he was still an infant his parents removed to Sandycreek Township and he resided the balance of his life in the Bully Hill district. During the last seven months, he made his home with his niece, Mrs. Heckathorn.
Surviving him are two brothers, Milton and Elmer Morrison of Franklin and one sister, Mrs. R.H. Brown of Franklin. Prayer services in his memory will be conducted by Rev. Manchester, Pastor of the Bully Hill Church of God, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Heckathorn Monday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock. Funeral services in the Bully Hill Church of God will be conducted by Rev. Manchester at 2'clock and internment will be in the Morrison Cemetery.
