Son of James and Sarah Morrison, both born in Venango County, he was married, a laborer, lived in Sandycreek Township, died there of cancer of the face and intestines, per death certificate 84900, whose informant was his wife. Buried Sep 30 1911.

Per PA Marriage License, on Sep 5 1887 in Franklin, Charles Morrison of Sandycreek Twp, Venango County, farmer, 23, son of James Morrison, married Emma Hope of Oakland Twp, Venango County, housekeeper, 18, daughter of Thomas Hope, with the consent of her father; first marriage for both.

Franklin News-Herald, Friday, Sep 29 1911:
Charles Morrison, 47, died Thursday at home on Bully Hill.

He leaves a wife; seven children; three brothers; and a sister.

Services will be at 10 am Saturday at his home. Interment will be in Morrison Cemetery.
