VOLTZ
Charles L. Voltz, 84, of Rt. 2, Ohio City, died of leukemia, about 3 a.m. today, at his residence in Willshire Township.
Mr. Voltz, a retired farmer, was a hay and livestock dealer and he owned and operated elevators at Wren and Mark Center.
A son of the late Christian and Louise (Handwerk) (sic) Voltz, he was born Sept. 7, 1882, in Willshire Township, where he was a lifetime resident. He was married to the former Mary Anna Jones on July 20, 1910. Mr. Voltz was a member of the Bethel EUB Church in Willshire Township.
Surviving besides his widow, are three sons, Carl Voltz of Berlin, Ger., Ivan L. of Rt. 1, Ohio City, and Alfred C. Voltz of Delphos; six daughters, Mrs. Lowell (Maryhelen) Barnes of Pendleton, Ind., Mrs. Frank (Betty) Cox of Columbus, Mrs. Richard (Alice) Etter of Continental, Mrs. Ralph (Mae) Neate of Portage, Mrs. Robert (Loann) Baxter of Decatur, and Mrs. L. C. (Winifred) Frey of Willshire.
Three brothers, Rudolph and Ernest Voltz of Willshire Township and Christian Voltz of Lima; a sister, Mrs. Charlotte Johns of 927 Leeson Ave; 32 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A son, Fred, and four sisters are deceased.
Friends may call at the Cowan and Son Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral and burial arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services for Charles L. Voltz, 84, of Rt. 2, Ohio City, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Cowan and Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Albert N. Straley of Cridersville, officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
Mr. Voltz died of leukemia Monday at his residence in Willshire Township.
